I certify that I have a minimum of 90 days continuous sobriety, and that I am dedicated to it's continuance. If accepted for membership, I agree to abide by and uphold the by-laws and rules of the 2720 Club/Paid Inc. I agree to hold confidential and respect the anonymity of my fellow members.
I have enclosed my first payment. If membership is granted, in the event of my resignation, for whatever reason, the Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse to refund any unused portion of my pre-paid dues. I agree to accept the Board's decision as final.
Should this application be rejected by the Board, my initial payment will be refunded in full, and I shall have the right to reapply for membership no sooner than 30 days following said rejection.

***If you send in dues by mail make check payable to Paid Inc. and send to PO Box 2221 Eaton Park, FL 33840. Or you can drop check or cash in safe in envelope with your name and what month's dues you are paying on the memo line.
The general purpose of this corporation is to carry the message of Alcoholics Anonymous to those with the disease of Alcoholism; to disseminate all the information thereto to the members; to provide and maintain facilities for necessary group therapy required in the progress of rehabilitation; but no facilities shall be provided for medical treatment or lodging.
